I frequently use this app when working on physics projects, and I love it. It is an enormous help.
THINGS TO WORK ON:
I might work on how some non-implicit functions in space dont display very well, in that there are broken lines at the graphs boundaries, so new users will want to make sure to use implicit functions. A second thing I would like to see improved is the number of facets displayed when using 3D graphs.
THINGS TO ADD:
There are two features I would *really* like to see added: the first is the ability to change not only the camera angle in 3D graph mode, but also to move the camera through space, which would be especially useful when a person needs to graph multiple functions and check their visual relation to each other in space. The second is the ability to graph (and maybe even animate) differential equations and vector fields, in a plane as well as in space. There are already a few graphing apps that do this, and its annoying to have to jump between apps when working on something just because one has features that the other simply does not have.
RECAP:
Again, its a great tool- I cant recommend it enough, and I just wish I could continue to apply it in higher-level projects, like those that involve differential equations.
